Purpose of this site
This site provides general information about Expert Witness Networks, Corp. and the expert witness services it offers to attorneys, courts, government agencies and other parties. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services to any particular person, and no engagement exists until a written fee agreement has been signed and the retainer paid.
How engagements work
Expert witnesses are engaged through Expert Witness Networks under a separate written fee agreement. The experts we place work as subcontractors to Expert Witness Networks, which handles scheduling, invoicing and billing. Each engagement is governed by its own fee agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the fee agreement controls.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation, then mediation or another pre-suit resolution process. Any court action shall be brought only in Floyd County, Kentucky.
